Description
The Grenache of Le Paradou comes from vineyards located in the production area between the Rhone Valley and Provence, on slopes exposed to the south of hilly reliefs 30 kilometers from the coast.
Fermentation and aging takes place exclusively in steel and cement tanks to further enhance the fruity notes of Grenache grapes.
Of a limpid ruby red, it presents on the nose with intense notes of black currant and cherry and a slight spiciness. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh, soft and very pleasant to drink.
Very versatile in the combination with cold cuts and medium-structured dishes such as first courses, white and red meats.
