Description

Gingillo XIII Pesci is a gin made by Nannoni Grappe, with a pleasantly savoury character, inspired by the essence of the zodiac sign of Pisces, which recalls the scent of sea water: without borders, cold but fertile. This gin represents the fusion between material reality and the ambition to connect with the absolute.

The distillation highlights juniper and dandelion, a plant sacred to Jupiter and strongly linked to the sign of Pisces. The complex bouquet is enriched by the presence of sea fennel, which gives the gin a spring aromatic profile, gentle and at the same time intense, evoking the end of winter.

On the palate, Gingillo XIII Pesci offers a savoury delicacy that blends harmoniously with the spring notes of sea fennel, creating a simple yet fascinating taste experience that reflects the dual nature of the zodiac sign.

Perfect to be enjoyed neat, this spirit also lends itself well to the preparation of cocktails that enhance its flavour and marine notes.
