Description

Connoisseur's Cut Gin, inspired by London and created by Johnny Neill, is a classic London Dry Gin that highlights traditional juniper and citrus notes. It is the result of dedication in perfecting a recipe that pays homage to the Whitley Neill family tradition, offering a spirit with a refined and balanced character.

The production of this gin follows a traditional distillation process, where each botanical is carefully selected to maintain the balance between herbal and citrus notes. The main ingredients include juniper, coriander, angelica root and liquorice, together with orange, lemon and grapefruit peels, which provide freshness and aromatic complexity.

On the nose, juniper notes emerge decisively, followed by fresh and lively citrus nuances. On the palate, a harmonious structure is perceived with the herbaceous character of coriander and the sweetness of licorice, perfectly balanced by a clean and citrusy finish. This gin is elegant and intense, with a pleasant persistence.

Perfect for preparing classic cocktails such as gin and tonic, preferably served with a slice of grapefruit to enhance the citrus notes.
