Description
From an estate that has historically been one of the best producers for Zinfandel, the vineyards of the company are planted in inclined stone buildings that lead to the banks of the Arroyo del Valle and Arroyo Mocho streams. The grapes of the Zinfandel vineyards, which in this wine is mainly Zinfandel, produce succulent wines with a profound aromatic richness.
Beyer Ranch Zinfandel is harvested between the first ten days of September and the first of October and spends the aging period in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to remain fresh and fruity.
With an intense ruby red color and violet reflections, this wine has notes of ripe red fruit and undergrowth on the nose. The palate is surprising with notes of cherry, dark fruit and a decidedly spicy finish, balanced between vanilla and oak.
Its structured and complex organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany grilled red meats, as well as an elegant braised meat.
