Description
The Campo Camino Riserva by Bosco del Merlo is born in vineyards located in the hamlet of Lison, in the Venetian municipality of Portogruaro.
This wine is produced with pure Merlot grapes. Fermentation occurs with maceration for 20-22 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in barrels for 12 months and then for another 4 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
It has an intense ruby red color, with purple hues. On the nose it opens with a broad bouquet of fruit, enriched with spicy notes. On the palate it is velvety, full and harmonious, with moderate tannins that support a good structure.
Perfect to accompany grilled meats, roasts and medium-aged cheeses. It expresses its best with typical dishes of Friulian cuisine and mountain cheeses.
