Description

The Amacos white wine is produced by the De Sanctis organic farm in Frascati. The family business was founded in the early 1800s.

It consists of Malvasia Puntinata and Bombino grapes. They are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks for 15-20 days. Aging in French river barriques for a few months follows.

Golden yellow in colour, the nose reveals a bouquet of white flowers and aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, with delicate woody notes. The sip is pulpy, sapid, with a long finish.

Excellent with fried fish and baked lamb.
