Description
The French red wine Vielles Vignes of Château Belles Eaux comes from vineyards located in the Hérault, in the municipality of Caux, in Languedoc-Pézenas.
It consists of Grenache and Syrah grapes, which are vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages in oak barrels for 12 months.
Intense ruby red in colour, it reveals hints of red and black fruits on the nose with fine spicy notes. The sip is fresh and discreetly structured.
It goes well with red meats and roasted duck breast.
