Description
The French white wine Les Coteaux by Château Belles Eaux comes from vineyards located in the Hérault, in the municipality of Caux, in Languedoc.
It consists of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Vermentino grapes, which are vinified parcel by parcel with controlled temperature fermentation. The refinement takes place partly in steel (80%), partly in barriques (20%).
Straw yellow in color, it reveals hints of white peach and exotic fruits on the nose. The sip is fresh and mineral, with a long persistence.
It is excellent with white meats, lamb and semi-mature cheeses.
