Description
The Nebbiolo d'Alba La Reala di Bel Colle was born in the municipal area of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the Barolo denomination.
At the end of the harvest operations, the bunches are fermented in steel vats, in which the skins macerate in contact with the must for 10 days. This is followed by a period of aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and a short refinement in the bottle.
It has a garnet red color and a bouquet characterized by aromas of rose, crunchy cherry and delicate balsamic notes. With a good structure, the sip stands out for its velvety tannins and a pleasant fruity finish.
To pair with cured meats, Fassone tartare, pasta with meat sauce and stewed meats.
