Description
The Langhe Nebbiolo of the Barbaresco Producers comes from one of the youngest vineyards selected from the 100 hectares of property.
Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C, with 20 days maceration on its skins. After completing the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 5 months in large oak barrels.
Intense ruby red color, it offers intense aromas of red fruit, anise and white pepper. In the mouth it shows a medium-bodied wine, of good freshness.
Perfect in combination with appetizers, it is excellent in the company of first courses and meat recipes, both white and red.
