Description

Nebbiolo Ël Sartù di Parusso is an elegant and authentic red wine, produced in Monforte d'Alba, Piedmont, with 100% Nebbiolo grapes. This wine is the fruit of vineyards located on marl and sandstone soils that enhance the character of the grape variety and the unique terroir of the Langhe.

The harvest is manual, followed by a traditional vinification that includes destemming and maceration in contact with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously thanks to natural yeasts, without the addition of sulphites, with precise control of maceration times and temperature. The wine ages on its own indigenous yeasts for several months, acquiring complexity and depth.

Bright ruby red in color, it expresses intense floral notes of rose on the nose, enriched by hints of ripe fruit. On the palate it presents itself with elegant nuances of fruit, flowers and spices, accompanied by a sweet and fine tannin, which makes it particularly pleasant and drinkable from the first months in the bottle.

Excellent when paired with red meats, roasts and mature cheeses.
