Description
Roberto Voerzio's Langhe Nebbiolo Disanfrancesco comes from Nebbiolo grapes from the San Francesco Fontanazza vineyard, located in the municipality of La Morra.
The harvest takes place at the end of September. In the cellar, fermentation takes place in steel. An aging of 12 months in tonneaux and 8 months in steel completes the production process.
It is shown in the glass of bright ruby red color. The aromatic profile is fruity, played on notes of cherry, raspberry and currant. A nice freshness supports the body and balances it perfectly.
Surprising in combination with stewed meats, it elegantly accompanies mushroom risotto and game.
