Description
The Tiradoss Bianco produced by the winery L'Astemia Pentita is an extraordinary example of experimentation on the soil of the Langhe with non-native grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Viognier, together with the local Nascetta. This innovative selection contributes to a unique and distinctive wine profile.
The winemaking process begins with a short cold maceration followed by gentle pressing, then proceeds with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The process continues with aging in steel for 6 months, preserving the freshness and varietal characteristics of the grapes.
It presents a straw yellow color to the eye. On the nose, it expresses intriguing notes of boxwood and tomato leaf, enriched with tones of grapefruit and passion fruit, creating a complex and inviting aroma. On the palate, it is delicate and fresh, with a beautiful salinity that makes it particularly pleasant and drinkable.
This wine is perfect as an aperitif, ideal for opening an evening or accompanying light appetizers.
