Description
The Langhe DOC Pietra Magica Stupore comes from the vineyards protected by the "Mahoi" of Langa.
This red is the historical interpretation of what later became Barolo. In the past, Nebbiolo was used to pass over the Barbera skins to dampen the tannin and make it easier to drink. A passage which, followed by a long rest on the skins of Nebbiolo for 60 days, allows the "magic" of a spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aging for one year in wood completes the spell, creating a unique Nebbiolo of its kind.
A complex red, which in the glass is elegant, with an explosion of freshness on the nose and with an impressive longevity in the bottle.
Pair it with dishes with truffles, braised meats and roasts, or amaze your guests by combining it with a platter of aged cheeses!
