Description
Nebbiolo Simane is produced by the young Reverdito company, born in 2000 in La Morra, which today manages 26 hectares of vineyards, including some Additional Geographic Mentions such as Badarina or Berri.
The wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in large barrels.
Pale ruby red in colour, the nose reveals aromas of blood orange, pomegranate and spices. The sip is dry and fine, with a good persistence.
It is appreciated with cured meats and Bra sausage and with aged cheeses.
