Description
The Langhe Nebbiolo of the L'Astemia company was born in the prestigious production area of Barolo, in the heart of the Langhe DOC.
It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with 20 days maceration, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in French oak tonneaux before being bottled.
This Langhe Nebbiolo has an intense ruby red color, developing garnet reflections with aging. The nose opens with delicate notes of small red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy and floral hints. On the palate it is harmonious and elegant, easy to drink.
Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with mushrooms.
