Langhe Nebbiolo Ginestrino was born in the renowned vineyards located in the town of Monforte D'Alba in Piedmont.
It is produced entirely from Nebbiolo grapes all harvested and selected manually in mid-October. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in contact with the skins in horizontal stainless steel tanks for about 6 - 8 days. Subsequently the wine ages in second passage French oak barrels for about 10 months. This is a certified wine and is obtained from organic agriculture.
Langhe Nebbiolo Ginestrino is characterized by an intense dark red color. The nose opens with an elegant and sweet fruity bouquet, enriched with refined hints of small ripe red fruits. On the palate it is balanced and delicate. A wine that gives a perfect balance between harmony and harmony.
