Description
Bruno Rocca's Langhe Nebbiolo Fralù was born in the Langhe, in this cellar that has been cultivating vineyards in the Barbaresco area for over 50 years. The estate covers about fifteen hectares, with parcels in different areas of the appellation.
The wine consists exclusively of Nebbiolo grapes, which are vinified with fermentation for 12-15 days in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 8-12 months in French oak barriques.
Of a ruby red color, it is expressed on the nose with aromas of raspberry and black cherry. The harmonious sip, of excellent persistence.
To be combined with first courses with meat sauce and aged cheeses.
