Description
The Langhe Nebbiolo di Cordero Montezzemolo was born in the municipality of La Morra, in Piedmont, and is strongly linked to this elegant and noble territory.
It is produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, harvested manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 - 4 days, fermentation takes place for 10 - 12 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels and for a further period in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
This Langhe Nebbiolo has a ruby color that extends to the garnet color. The nose opens with notes of pulpy red fruit such as currants and raspberries. The taste is soft, broad and releases a gustatory balance with ripe tannins.
Perfect to combine with tagliolini with truffle, pasta dishes with meat sauce and grilled porcini.
