The Langhe Nebbiolo "Capisme-E" by Domenico Clerico is a red wine that expresses the purity of Nebbiolo in all its essence. Produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on 3 hectares of estate vineyards, this wine represents an introduction to the world of Nebbiolo, maintaining intact the most authentic characteristics of the vine.

The vinification involves a delicate maceration on the skins, with the aim of preserving as much as possible the typical fruity aromas of Nebbiolo. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and amphorae, to maintain the freshness and purity of the wine, avoiding the excessive intervention of wood.

On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red fruits are perceived, with light floral notes. On the palate, it is an elegant and delicate wine, with soft tannins and a freshness that makes it pleasant and easy to drink.

It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, first courses or mature cheeses.
