Description

The Langhe Nebbiolo Bartomè is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Barolo, from Nebbiolo grapes grown at approx. 350 masl The wine owes its name to a historic parcel of the company, "Bartolomeo".

It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with whole grapes, without stalks, in cement tanks at a temperature of 22-28°C for 15 days. Subsequently the wine ages in large Slavonian oak barrels for a year.

This Langhe Nebbiolo is characterized by a ruby red color with violet hues. The nose opens with aromas of violets and fresh red fruit such as strawberries. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with lively tannins.

Piedmontese boiled meat is perfect to accompany main courses of meat. Also try it with Asian cuisine dishes, always based on meat.
