Nose of yellow grapefruit and lemon peel, with strong traces of yellow flowers, broom on the head. Sapid, taut, with a nice juiciness and a fruity return.

Description

The Langhe Nascetta dell'Astemia Pentita originates in the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Roddino d'Alba, in the province of Cuneo.

It is produced exclusively from the exclusive native Nascetta vine, whose grapes are subjected to a short cold maceration, then softly pressed and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine remains on the fine lees until mid-March and is then immediately bottled to preserve its aromatic heritage and its freshness.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, varietal scents reminiscent of white flowers play a leading role, combined with elegant citrus notes that make up a complex and pleasant perfume. On the palate it offers harmony and delicacy, pleasantness to drink and a touch of flavor.

Suitable to accompany shellfish-based appetizers, it is perfect with raw fish and vegetables.
