Description

The Langhe Dolcetto Visadì by Domenico Clerico is obtained from 100% Dolcetto grapes, grown on vineyards with a variable average age, from the first plantings in 1955 to the most recent ones in 2010. This wine best expresses the typical characteristics of Dolcetto, a grape variety that has always been appreciated in the Langhe area.

The vinification involves a delicate maceration on the skins, with the aim of maximizing the aromaticity and freshness of the grape variety. The refinement takes place in steel tanks, to preserve the purity and drinkability of the wine.

On the nose it stands out for its fresh and fruity aromas, with notes of cherry and red fruits. On the palate it is light, smooth and well-balanced, with a pleasant freshness that makes it extremely versatile and pleasant to drink.

Perfect to accompany cold cuts, light appetizers and first courses.
