Description

The Dolcetto d'Alba by Giuseppe Cortese is born in vineyards located in the Trifolera area, in the Cuneo municipality of Barbaresco.

It is produced entirely with Dolcetto grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine refines in the same containers, before being bottled.

This Dolcetto d'Alba has an intense ruby red color, tending to purple. The nose opens with a pleasantly intense bouquet, with notes of cherry and violet. On the palate it is elegant and velvety, with good harmony.

Perfect to accompany pasta dishes with vegetable sauces, it is ideal in combination with mushroom risotto, white meats and stewed fish.
