Description

The Langhe Dolcetto Ancum was born in vineyards located in Madonna di Como, in the province of Alba, from grapes grown at approx. 430 masl of the "Ancum" cru.

It is produced exclusively with Dolcetto grapes, harvested in early September. The grapes are destemmed and subsequently fermented spontaneously with whole berries, in cement tanks at a temperature of 22-28°C. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in concrete and completes the refinement with 3 months in the bottle.

This Langhe Dolcetto is characterized by a ruby red color with violet hues. The nose opens with aromas of crunchy red fruit such as strawberry and cherry. On the palate it is sapid, with a compact tannic texture.

Perfect to accompany cured meats, white meatballs and baked rabbit.
