Description

The Langhe Chardonnay di Massolino is located in vineyards located in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.

It is made from only Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of September. The vinification takes place partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, with a 6-month stay on its lees. The assembly is followed by a further 6 months of bottle aging before being put on the market.

It has a straw yellow color. Intense hints of ripe fruit stand out on the nose, accompanied by a refined mineral note. In the mouth it is warm and structured, closing on a finish of excellent persistence.

Long-aging white, it goes very well with fish and white meats, especially if spiced.
