Description
The Langhe Rosso Baccanera from Lo Zoccolaio is made from four different red grape varieties: Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes are vinified separately and the resulting blend is aged in barrique for 18 months, necessary to allow it to acquire the complexity and softness that characterize it.
In the glass, the fruity aromas of plum and red fruits chase each other with spicier notes, anticipating a full and fruity taste, with a long and satisfying finish.
A perfect wine to make a good impression on guests in the double magnum format, accompanying it with grilled or stewed red meats or game.
