Description
Bruno Rocca's Cadet white wine was born in the Langhe, in this cellar that has been cultivating vineyards in the Barbaresco area for over 50 years. The estate covers about fifteen hectares, with parcels in different areas of the appellation.
The wine is made up exclusively of Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified with fermentation for 15-20 days in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 80% in steel and 20% in French oak barriques.
Of a straw yellow color, it is expressed on the nose with aromas of broom, pineapple, yellow apple and acacia honey. The warm and soft sip, with a savory finish.
To be combined with savory fish dishes and white meats.
