Description
The Lambrusco di Sorbara of the Silvia Zucchi company is a Brut rosé sparkling wine made with 100% Lambrusco grapes.
After an early harvest that guarantees the harvest of grapes with greater acidity, a careful selection of the grapes follows before pressing. From obtaining the free-run must, the yeasts are added to start the sparkling process in an autoclave which lasts 5 weeks.
The result is a coral pink wine, with mineral scents and references to notes of red fruits and white flowers. On the palate, rose hips, strawberries and raspberry stand out, with acidic hints of grapefruit, for a good structure and a medium-long lasting mineral sip overall.
Ideal for aperitifs based on fresh cured meats, it also goes well with vegetable-based first courses and white meats cooked on the plate and seasoned with lemon oil.
