Description
Venturini Baldini's Reggiano Lambrusco Frizzante Secco Marchese Manodori hails from the organic vineyards located in the Tenuta di Roncolo, in the province of Reggio Emilia.
It is produced from the clones of Lambrusco Marani, Maestri, Salamino and Grasparossa, harvested in the first ten days of September. After fermentation in red at controlled temperature, the second fermentation takes place in steel pressurized tanks according to the Charmat Corto method for 20–40 days.
Marchese Manodori by Venturini Baldini is characterized by a beautiful intense ruby red with violet reflections. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of violet and ripe cherry, enriched with delicate hints of cloves and pepper. On the palate it is a medium-bodied wine, with an exuberant but well integrated tannin, of good freshness and elegance.
A wine for the whole meal, it goes particularly well with savoury first courses, cold cuts and grilled red meats.
