Description
Giacobazzi 2 Fruttato is a Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro produced in the Modena area.
It comes from vineyards set among the Emilian hills, defined by a sandy and limestone soil. The harvest took place in late September, when the grapes reached the correct ripeness. Maceration and vinification followed in steel. Naturally referments in bottle according to the traditional Martinotti method.
It presents, in the glass, with a deep ruby red color. The perfume, which matches the taste, is fruity and fragrant. Reminiscent of fermenting must and strawberry, cherry and black cherry notes. Freshness, liveliness and slight sugary perception determine its drinking, which closes in a fleshy dark fruit.
To be combined perfectly with a plate of traditional savory meats, but also with wild fruit tarts.
