Description
Lambrusco di Sorbara Classic Method Brutrosso is produced by the Cantina della Volta, located in Bomporto, in the province of Modena and founded in 2010 by Christian Bellei.
The grapes are traditionally vinified, with an initial aging in tanks for at least 9 months. This is followed by the second refermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for at least 12 months.
Brilliant ruby red in color and with fine bubbles, the wine reveals aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry on the nose, mixed with citrus aromas. The sip is fresh and decisive, with good persistence.
Excellent combined with cold cuts and cheeses with fried pasta and with pizza.
