Description

Paltrinieri's Lambrusco di Sorbara Secco Leclisse comes from vineyards located in the magical terroir of Sorbara, in the province of Modena. Paltrinieri has been a family-run farm for three generations, known for the production of Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC.

It is produced exclusively with Sorbara grapes. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing and pressing. Subsequently the wine begins the second fermentation according to the Charmat method.

It is characterized by a light ruby red color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet, with aromas of black currant and sour cherry, enriched with pleasant hints of wild strawberry. On the palate it is pleasantly dry, with a full body and a marked flavor.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, cold cuts and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses and red meats.
