Description
Giacobazzi 1 is a Lambrusco di Sorbara produced by the homonymous Giacobazzi winery, in the Modena area.
It is made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, which come from vines planted in calcareous and clayey soils. The harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October, and is followed by a vinification in steel tanks. Second fermentation takes place in a natural way following the Martinotti-Charmat method in a pressurized tank.
It comes in a very clear and bright ruby red colour. Its scent has the radiance of fruit and flower, declined in notes of violets, roses, strawberries and cherries. The taste is lively, crunchy in the fruity trait and with a fresh vein to mark the sip. Closes in a persistence of fragrance.
Excellent with a plate of passatelli in broth.
