Nero di Lambrusco is a sparkling Lambrusco from the Lambrusco Emilia denomination, produced by Cantine Ceci, a historic company founded in 1938, known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. This wine comes in an innovative aluminum bottle, completely recyclable and equipped with a mushroom cork stopper, which reflects the company's commitment to responsible and sustainable production.

The winemaking process keeps tradition alive, with particular attention to quality and innovation. Nero di Lambrusco is characterized by a rich, lively and persistent foam and a residual sugar of 28 g/l. The recommended serving temperature is between 7 and 10 °C, ideal for enhancing its fruity aromas.

At sight, Nero di Lambrusco has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, there are hints of small red fruits; on the palate it stands out for its pleasant balance and structure.
