The winemaking process keeps tradition alive, with particular attention to quality and innovation. Nero di Lambrusco is characterized by a rich, lively and persistent foam and a residual sugar of 28 g/l. The recommended serving temperature is between 7 and 10 °C, ideal for enhancing its fruity aromas.
