Description
The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Superiore Compagnia comes to life from the vineyards of Sant'Amico di Morro d'Alba owned by the Buscareto winery.
At the end of the manual harvest, the grapes are fermented with maceration in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10-12 days. The wine ages in French oak barriques and tonneaux for about 8-10 months, followed by another 8 months in the bottle.
In the glass it has a ruby red color. The bouquet is intense, with aromas of rose petals and spicy references reminiscent of cloves and pepper. The taste is soft, warm and velvety.
Excellent to combine with braised beef or medium-aged cheeses.
