Description
Marotti Campi Rubico was born in Morro d'Alba, in the province of Ancona from Lacrima grapes and from a mixed soil tending to clayey, which gives the wine precious mineral scents. After a manual harvest in wooden boxes, carried out in mid-September, it vinifies in steel and aging for 3 months always in steel tanks and for the following 3 months, in the bottle.
Intense ruby red in the glass with purple reflections, it expresses all the characteristic aromas of rose, violet, myrtle and cinnamon on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, dry and velvety with balsamic notes, medium-bodied and excellent freshness, pleasantly tannic.
It is the most suitable wine to accompany elaborate first courses, roasted white meats, salami, grilled meats and fish soups.
