Description
Originally known as Wild Turkey 81, Wild Turkey Bourbon is a blend of bourbons aged in particular American oak barrels, the infamous Alligator toasting grade 4, the highest available, which gives the internal staves a raw and shiny that resembles the armor of an alligator.
It has a light amber color. On the nose it develops notes of vanilla, pear and honey, with spicy finishes of cloves and cinnamon. In the mouth it is full and broad, with aromas of caramel and cream.
It is excellent to taste both alone and mixed.
