Description
The Macho Man Monastrell of Casa Rojo was born in vineyards located in Jumilia, a municipality in the Murcia region, internationally known for the wine that bears its name.
It is mainly produced with Monastrell grapes, to which small quantities of Syrah and Petit Verdot are added. The wine ages in oak barrels for 4 months. The grapes for Casa Rojo wines are harvested and processed with the utmost respect for the natural qualities of the varieties, expressing the true essence of the terroir of origin.
It is characterized by an intense garnet red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of red fruits, enriched by pleasant balsamic notes and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly silky and with a sweet sensation of tannins.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
