Description

Jonty's Ducks Pekin White is an organic wine made with a blend of Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Semillon made in the South African Paarl region.

The vines have an average age of 25 years and are grown with great attention to sustainability. The grapes are hand-picked and pressed whole before fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. Part of the must ferments in 600-liter oak barrels. Ageing on the lees is carried out up to a maximum of 9 months.

Intense straw yellow, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple, lime, pear with references to honey. On the palate it shows great density, with notes of peach and white melon, perfected by a fresh touch and a lot of intensity. The aromatic charge accompanies a long finish.

Ideal to accompany white meats, vegetarian lasagna and grilled fish.
