Isonzo del Friuli DOC Pinot Grigio Sot Lis Rivis 2014 Ronco del Gelso

The Isonzo Del Friuli Pinot Grigio Sot Lis Rivis of Ronco del Gelso was born in the vineyards of the Sot Lis Rivis locality from which it takes its name, located in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 ° C. The wine ages in oak barrels for about 1 year before being bottled.

Pinot Grigio Sot Lis Rivis is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with rich fruity hints of ripe pear, pineapple and yellow plum, enriched with fresh almond with balsamic and lactic notes. On the palate it is warm, sapid and intense and gives a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany raw fish, such as tartare, sushi and sashimi, it is ideal in combination with grilled fish and shellfish.
