Description
Wine produced since 1980 which bears the name of the winery, it comes from the vineyards of the municipality of Arzachena, in the province of Sassari.
Pure Vermentino, ferments in steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 ° C for 4 weeks. Stops partly in steel and partly between barriques and barrels for 4-6 months.
Straw yellow with golden veins to the eye, it summarizes its elegance in a complex and wide bouquet of wildflowers, aromatic herbs, pineapple and flint. In the mouth it is dry and enveloping, with a pulpy and consistent fruit that opens up to a mineral finish tending towards savory and persistent.
Wine to combine with fish and shellfish recipes as well as fresh cheeses.
