The Forastera di Casa d'Ambra comes to light from vineyards located on the southwest side of the island of Ischia, falling in the municipalities of Florio and Serrara Fontana, in the province of Naples.
It is obtained largely from Forastera grapes, and from grapes of the San Lunardo and Uva Rillo varieties, vinified without any contact with the skins. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose is delicate, characterized by hints of yellow pulp fruit. In the mouth it is a full-bodied and dry wine, with good softness.
It is indicated in the company of fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
