Description
This Biancolella from Casa d'Ambra comes from the vineyards located on the slopes that go from the west to the east of the island of Ischia.
It is mainly produced with Biancolella grapes, to which grapes of the Forastera, San Lunardo and Uva Rilla varieties are added. Vinification takes place traditionally in white, under controlled temperature conditions for the duration of fermentation.
Straw yellow in color, it expresses intense hints of yellow fruits on the nose, accompanied by elegant floral notes. In the mouth it is dry and voluminous, with a pleasantly almondy finish.
Ideal in the company of fish dishes and delicate cheeses.
