Description
Mastroberardino's Irpina Falanghina Mora Bianca was born in the vineyards located in the municipality of Mirabella Eclano, in the province of Avellino.
It is produced exclusively with Falanghina grapes, harvested and selected by hand around the end of October. The must carries out the classic white vinification, in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 3-4 months, before being released on the market.
Mora Bianca is characterized by a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity, with pleasant hints of tropical fruits and light floral nuances. On the palate it is fresh and with a marked acidity, in perfect balance with the structure of the wine.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
