Description
The Malambruno of the Amarano company was born in Irpinia, in the province of Avellino. The family business was founded in 2004 and manages 7 hectares of vineyards located on average at an altitude of 500 masl. The company cultivates only native red and white vines: Aglianico, Fiano, Greco and Coda di Volpe, the basis of their wines.
The pure Aglianico grapes are vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages for 12-24 months in oak barrels.
Dark ruby in color, it presents itself to the nose with aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherry and black cherry, as well as evolving spicy notes. The sip is fresh and structured, with a persistent finish.
Malambruno is a wine to be enjoyed together with baked pasta with meat sauce and roasts.
