Description
The Quintodecimo company aims to tell the story of the Irpinia territory, enhancing it in its peculiarities and extraordinary viticultural attitudes. We are in that area of Campania where whites and reds go hand in hand on the path of quality and tradition.
Terra d'Eclano is composed of 100% Aglianico grapes, harvested from five different vineyards owned by the company. Refine for 18 months in French oak barrels.
It has a ruby red color and a layered aroma of red fruits, plums and coffee. In the mouth it has an excellent structure and smooth tannins, persisting in a long finish that recalls now the balsamic notes, now the spices.
To be combined with a beef stew.
