Description
The Aglianico Corte di Giso di Terredora was born in the Gesualdo vineyard, in the province of Avellino.
It is produced entirely from Aglianico grapes, all harvested and selected manually. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with maceration for 6-8 days. Subsequently the wine ages in small French oak barrels for 12 months and for at least 12 months in the bottle.
This Aglianico is characterized by an intense ruby red colour. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, with intense notes of cherry, cocoa, tobacco and spices. The sip is structured and balanced, with a long persistence.
It is perfect to combine with savory first courses, roasted and grilled red meats, pizza and cheeses.
