Description
The Irpinia Aglianico Celsì of the Fiorentino farm was born in the Casale vineyard, at an average altitude of 450 meters above sea level
The grapes, harvested by hand between late October and early November, follow a classic red vinification with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. The wine obtained is aged for 10-12 months in large French oak barrels of 25 hl and then in steel and bottle.
In the glass the wine appears of an intense ruby red color. On the nose there are hints of dark fruits and spices, as well as spicy notes. The sip is warm and soft, with elegant tannins and a persuasive finish.
Perfect as an accompaniment to baked pasta, roasted meats and aged cheeses.
