Description

Hierbas Ibicencas by Familia Mari Mayans is a liqueur drink made with aromatic plants native to the island of Ibiza. It is flavoured with plants such as frígola, hierba luisa, juniper berries, orange, star and green anise, rosemary, mint and chamomile; and is sweetened with sugar.

The production process involves maceration, distillation and infusion of aromatic plants, followed by the addition of demineralized water and agricultural alcohol. The production is cared for to maintain a high organoleptic quality, with a final product that has a pale yellow or amber color.

On the nose, intense aromas of anise emerge, accompanied by vegetal and floral nuances that recall the plants used in production. On the palate it offers a smooth and sweet sensation, with a pleasant softness and a persistent finish that leaves an intense aftertaste.

It is preferably consumed cold and is perfect on its own as a digestive or accompanied by light desserts.
